To qualify for the club championship you need to be a member of Pembrokeshire Velo, have marshalled at least three times in the season, and you need to complete in five 10 mile time trials during the year in the club events (open events do not count).
To qualify for the handicap competition you need to be a member of Pembrokeshire Velo and have marshalled at least one of the qualiying events. The competition runs from May to August and includes only the club 10's. Points are awarded based on your actual time against your handicap time. Your handicap time changes based on your previous result. The points range from 20 for 1st place down to 1 point. Marshals get 5 points .
